This session will kick-off the Education to Employer Roundtable Discussion Series. The conversation will focus on what ways we can connect educators, employers, and community stakeholders forcused on secondary (high school) workforce development. Attendees will be encouraged to identify actionable steps they can engage in to advance workforce development efforts for high-school aged students, focusing on current gaps and immediate needs. A particular emphasis will be put on workforce development gaps and needs as it relates to Covid-19.
