60 by 2025 Network | Pathways Endorsement Project
COMPACT received a 60 by 2025 Network grant, focusing on college and career pathway endorsements on high school diplomas in the following areas: Agriculture, Information Technology, and Health Sciences. This grant is part of the Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR) Act that is designed to help communities better align the transition from high school into college and careers for our students. The endorsement will demonstrate students’ readiness for college and careers and completion of instruction and professional learning experiences in a selected career interest area.

Essential Workplace Skills
Essential Workplace Skills (EWS) was co-developed by the Chamber/ COMPACT and Heartland Community College. EWS workshops include small group and individual activities, scenarios, and discussions for an interactive learning experience. Each module consists of one 4-hour session. Open enrollment workshops are scheduled monthly.
