COMPACT is lead by a diverse group of community volunteers who participate in one of four committees.  COMPACT is continuously seeking volunteers who are interested in impacting workforce development in McLean County.  If you are interested in volunteering with one of the following committees please contact us at 

Focuses on employer, education, and community engagement

The Engagement Committee leads efforts to assess employer needs; assists with promotion and marketing of COMPACT designated programs; leads efforts to increase the number of employer exposure opportunities to students and increase in-school connections.

Focuses on assessing current programs and identifying potential future programming opportunities

The Program Committee provides oversight and guidance for our current portfolio of programs; identify where additional programming or partnerships could be beneficial to grow a robust, diverse, and work ready talent pipeline; and identify COMPACT endorsed initiatives or programs in McLean County.

Focuses on analyzing COMPACT's efforts and evaluating progress towards identified goals and objectives

The Evaluation Committee leads efforts to establish "baseline" data points for COMPACT to assess success against while updating and maintaining local modules and key performance indicators.

Focuses on oversight of COMPACT's financial resources, operational structure, and board development

The Governance Committee assists with diversifying and stabilizing COMPACT's funding streams, assists with review and implementation of policies and procedures for sustained operational structure, and leads efforts to identify and recruit COMPACT Board members.
