Career Link On-the-Job Training
Career Link's On-the-Job Training program allows employers to focus on hiring candidates that are the right fit for the specific company culture. Up to 75% of training costs can be covered through the program during a customized training period.
The McLean County Board, in partership with the Bloomington-Normal Economic Development Council, is offering two loan programs to small businesses located in McLean County. The two programs are the Forgivable Micro-Bridge Loan and the Recovery Loan.
Through Career Link's Incumbent Worker Training program, employers can develop their workforce while increasing company competitiveness, improving productivity, creating new revenue streams, and improving the retention of valued employees.
