University of Illinois Extension presents "YOYO": You're On Your Own- Adulting 101", six workshops to gear up high school students and college freshman for life on their own.
Virtual workshops will be held on Zoom on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM- 11:30 AM.
The Life Hacks Series will kick off with a session on learning sewing basics that will get you through when you don't have a sewing machine at hand. At this sesson, they'll teach you how to mend a hole in your seam, sew on a button, and more.
$5 per workshop or $25 for all six
