During this presentation, BNRH will review Afni's leadership succession planning process and the new High Potential Development program, REACH.
The REACH Program was created to offer structured development to individuals who have been identified as having the capability and/or capacity to grow in their skillsets and contributions to team, department and company. There are currrently 150 REACH participants at Afni.
