This webinar will be presented by Dr. Jennifer Nelso, an assistant professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the Department of Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership.
She will discuss how workplace conditions and managerial practices shape employees' access to resources. As well as issues managers of public sector organizations may at first see as secondary, but should consider as primary, in their strategy for creating effective and equitable organizations.
